Dan joined FP in 1994 and has been at the helm of the firm since 2004 when his older brother Michael Dugan, founder of FP, became terminally ill with Scleroderma and entrusted Dan to carry his dream. Under Dan’s leadership, FP has grown substantially, while still providing its clients with the integrity, values and vision that are its foundation. Dan holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 securities licenses.

Dan with his wife Jennifer, enjoy spending time with family and friends.
