Dan Dugan

President

Dan joined FP in 1994 and has been at the helm of the firm since 2004 when his older brother Michael Dugan, founder of FP, became terminally ill with Scleroderma and entrusted Dan to carry his dream. Under Dan’s leadership as President, FP has grown substantially, while still providing its clients with the integrity, values and vision that are its foundation. He is a 4-year winner of the distinguished 5-Star Wealth Manager award, presented annually to the top professionals in the field of wealth management. Dan holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 securities licenses.

Dan and his wife, Jennifer, live in Medina, MN and have four children, Samantha, William, Allison, and Michael. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
